A fast-growing e-commerce company with a strong presence across major marketplaces — including Amazon, Target+, Walmart, eBay, Macy’s, and Kohl’s — is seeking a results-driven Amazon Canada & International Marketplace Manager. With thousands of SKUs and a proven track record in the U.S. market, we are now focused on expanding and optimizing our Amazon Canada and international business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of our Canadian and international Amazon operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing listings, managing advertising campaigns, and developing strategies to strengthen our global marketplace presence. This is a performance-driven role with significant growth potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Canada and international marketplace accounts.
  • Create, update, and maintain product listings with a focus on keyword optimization, compliance, and conversion.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, expand market share, and increase profitability.
  • Monitor competition and adjust pricing strategies while accounting for margins and currency differences.
  • Oversee logistics, fulfillment (FBA & FBM), and shipping strategies for international markets.
  • Launch and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC, DSP, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report on KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, ACoS), providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (buying, content, operations, creative) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay ahead of Amazon policies, marketplace updates, and competitive trends.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities for international expansion.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Experience with Amazon Canada and/or international marketplaces strongly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Amazon Business Reports.
  • Ability to troubleshoot listing, compliance, and account health issues.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and performance-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.

Salary: 70K-90K

Hours: 9 am - 5 pm
