The Opportunity

This role exists to optimize every element of Javvy’s marketplace ecosystem across Amazon, Walmart.com, and other third-party platforms. You’ll own the marketplace P&L, drive both topline and bottom-line growth, and turn these channels into major profit centers for the company.

Success means consistently exceeding revenue and EBITDA targets through data-driven execution, operational excellence, and proactive platform management while ensuring marketplace performance aligns with Javvy’s broader business goals.

We’re looking for a hustler and operator who lives and breathes marketplaces. You’re a strategic thinker with hands-on mastery of Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, PPC, and catalog management. You know how to lead teams, build systems, and move fast while maintaining accuracy and control.

What You’ll Own

Marketplace Strategy and Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to accelerate sales and profitability across Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplace channels.
  • Own the full P&L for marketplace performance, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and efficiency.
  • Build and scale advertising and promotional programs to meet ACOS, ROAS, and contribution margin targets.
  • Identify and launch new marketplace opportunities that align with Javvy’s expansion goals.

Catalog, Listings, and Brand Presentation

  • Oversee catalog integrity, discoverability, and conversion across all marketplaces.
  • Manage A+ content, Enhanced Brand Content, and Storefront design to reflect Javvy’s brand identity.
  • Run A/B testing across titles, pricing, and imagery to continually improve conversion and ranking.

Operational Leadership

  • Maintain flawless compliance by monitoring account health, resolving policy issues, and safeguarding brand integrity.
  • Lead forecasting, replenishment, and inventory coordination with operations and 3PL partners to sustain ideal stock levels.
  • Manage listing updates, flat file uploads, and performance notifications to ensure seamless operations.

Advertising and Performance Optimization

  • Own advertising strategy across Amazon and Walmart, including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display Ads.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency, ranking, and profitability.
  • Leverage analytics tools to identify growth opportunities, reduce waste, and improve visibility.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that translate marketplace data into clear, actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, creative, and operations teams to execute product launches, bundles, and promotions.
  • Align advertising, creative, and inventory strategies across channels to maintain brand consistency and efficiency.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Amazon, Walmart, and external partners.

International and Channel Expansion

  • Drive marketplace expansion into new regions such as Canada, the UK, and the EU.
  • Explore emerging marketplaces like Target+, TikTok Shop, and Temu for strategic opportunities.
  • Adapt strategies for regional compliance, logistics, and profitability.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of direct hands-on experience managing and growing Amazon and Walmart.com businesses with proven success.
  • Deep expertise in Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, PPC, and catalog management.
  • Strong understanding of ranking, review, and advertising strategies that drive sustained growth.
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls with strong financial acumen.
  • Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience hiring, leading and mentoring teams across marketplace functions.
  • Technical savvy with strong problem-solving and follow-up discipline.
  • International marketplace experience preferred.
