OVERVIEW:
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Product Content Creation & Optimization
Create, update, and optimize product pages across the eCommerce platform.
Source and manage product assets (images, videos, enhanced content, descriptive attributes) to ensure compliance and quality.
Collaborate with merchandising and vendor partners to gather accurate product data and enhanced product level assets
Apply customer facing, SEO-optimized product titles, bullet points, romance copy and descriptions tailored to customer needs. Ensure complete information in HTML format
Monitor competitor product pages and industry trends to identify content gaps and opportunities.
Ensure product information is accurate, engaging and well-presented by participating in QA activities. Ensure consistency with brand voice and internal guidelines
Data-Driven Strategy & Analysis
Use analytics tools (Adobe, Quantum Metric, Intera) to track performance and inform content strategy.
Identify and implement enhancements to improve conversion rates and reduce returns.
Address customer feedback and content-related service issues to improve PDP quality.
Recommend and implement content tests (A/B) to optimize performance.
Process & Technical Execution
Maintain product data integrity in PIM and CMS systems.
Troubleshoot content display issues and resolve compliance concerns.
Stay current and adopt process and technology changes including technology driven enhancements, new tools (AI, Alteryx) and content standards.
Contribute to process improvements and documentation for scalable content operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, business related field
1-3 years of eCommerce experience, professional storytelling experience preferred
Technical proficiency with eCommerce platforms
Technical proficiency with analytical tools such as Alteryx, Quantum Metric
Technical proficiency with CMS, PIM systems such as Syndigo PIM
Technical proficiency with Copilot and AI generated tools
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT
Adobe Photoshop and Firefly
Basic understanding of HTML principles
Strong professional storytelling ability
Collaboration Skills with internal and external partners
Understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital asset flow
Strong organizational and project management skills
Attention to detail in product data and imagery
Ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines
Data analysis and performance tracking

Targeted Pay Range: $47,300.00 - $78,900.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits.
