Description

As the eCommerce Inventory Control and Merchandise Coordinator at MUJI Store Support Service, you will be the data-driven backbone of our eCommerce team. You will maximise sales opportunities by ensuring accurate stock levels, analysing sales trends, and optimising warehouse capacity to support our online growth. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage eCommerce inventory through daily sales reviews and inventory requests
  • Maintain stock integrity by promptly investigating discrepancies, and ensuring all unsellable stock is accurately recorded
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
  • Create reports, analyse sales performance and provide insights to support buying decisions and help drive sales growth
  • Drive efficiency by conducting regular warehouse visits to review on-site operations, identify opportunities, and implement continuous improvement activities
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Control, Warehouse, Store Operations, and Customer Service teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and maintain a seamless online shopping experience

Skills And Experiences
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Demonstrable experience managing inventory within an eCommerce environment
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret sales data, create reports and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
  • PC and Microsoft proficiency, with strong attention to detail skills
  • Ability to identify, recommend and implement continuous improvement activities
