The Senior Ecommerce Planner will develop, execute and communicate sales and margin plans for Kay.com and KayOutlet.com. Identify and quantify sales, margin opportunities / risks for the online business and present strategic and tactical recommendations to senior management, with a focus on driving growth and profitability for Ecomm. Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Ecomm teams to achieve financial objectives of the brand.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop demand, shipped sales and margin plans at the day, week, month and annual level for the Ecomm channel. Present plans and forecasts to management team. Facilitate reporting to track performance against expectations.
Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities for sales, margin and recommend solutions and options to management. Complete ad hoc/deep dive assignments and proactively seek opportunities to conduct analysis that will drive bottom line results for the online business.
Drive promotional cadence for Ecomm, taking into account what makes sense for the brand and in Stores. Analyze the performance of promotions and make recommendations to maximize the effectiveness of the promotional calendar. Review promotional collateral to ensure correct merchandise specifications and legal requirements.
Pull and manipulate data (site, marketing, customer, merch) from multiple resources (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Business Objects) and bring it together in a cohesive story for online and offline customer behaviors.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to standardize analysis workflows and improve efficiency
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, Finance or other related area
5+ years’ experience in demand planning, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations

The salary range for this opportunity is $85,000 - $100,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
