We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own our paid search strategy for North America. Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, SEO, you’ll be responsible for driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact by managing budgets with precision, optimizing for performance, and pushing innovation through experimentation and AI-powered insights. This role is perfect for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of analytics, creativity, and technology, with a deep understanding of the security market.
What you’ll do
- Own and scale North America’s paid search strategy across Google, Microsoft, and YouTube.
- Manage and optimize budgets to maximize ROAS, with a track record of scaling to $XM+ in ad spend.
- Leverage AI to improve copy, automate budget allocation, prioritize leads, and personalize landing page experiences.
- Analyze and present performance data to uncover insights, influence strategy, and inform future investments.
- Build and maintain an experimentation roadmap to test targeting, creative, messaging, and channel strategies.
What you’ll bring
- Proven expertise in paid search, with deep knowledge of platforms and campaign types (Search, Display, Youtube, AI Max).
- Experience in the cybersecurity or B2B SaaS space, with an understanding of security buyers and the cloud market.
- A data-driven mindset, comfortable with analyzing large data sets and translating findings into actionable strategies.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative generation, performance optimization, and workflow automation.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights simply, clearly, and persuasively.
