As our Sr. Insights Manager for eCommerce Insights & Strategy, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in accelerating digital growth and commercial success across North America’s Pet Nutrition portfolio. You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Brand, Category, and Sales leaders, translating market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and eCommerce data into compelling business strategies. Partnering closely with Category, Sales, and Brand teams, you will harness ecommerce data, advanced analytics, and consumer research to elevate media, content, and brand relevance. Your insights will boost visibility on the digital shelf and drive higher conversion rates with key retailers. Embedded within the agile OneInsights team, you will translate diverse data streams into impactful recommendations, identify capability gaps, and champion innovative solutions that empower brand teams to make confident, data-driven decisions aligned with broader business goals.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Insights, eCommerce Strategy, or Category Leadership.
- Proven track record of shaping and executing data-driven business strategies that deliver measurable growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of digital commerce and consumer engagement drivers including awareness, consideration, content, pricing, and conversion.
- Exceptional ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams through strategic storytelling and business insights.
- Experience with eCommerce analytics platforms such as Stackline, NielsenIQ, Data Impact, Profitero, Similarweb, or VIZIT is highly desirable.
- Ability to design and scale frameworks and dashboards that improve decision-making speed, consistency, and strategic alignment.
- Experience working in matrixed or global organizations, balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving change, fostering collaboration, and building scalable frameworks that support business agility.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Act as a strategic co-pilot to Brand Teams, leveraging your proven ability to translate eCommerce data and insights into growth strategies that enhance brand visibility, conversion, and overall performance.
- Develop and manage brand-level diagnostics and growth frameworks by integrating multiple data sources into actionable insights and measurable success metrics aligned with commercial objectives.
- Partner closely with Brand, Category, and Customer Teams to convert insights into commercial action plans that balance brand ambition with retailer opportunities.
- Build repeatable frameworks and best practices to diagnose eCommerce performance and scale learnings across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with eCom Insights, Data Capabilities teams, and external partners to pilot new tools, dashboards, and frameworks that improve strategic planning and decision-making.
- Champion data fluency and storytelling by creating templates, playbooks, and coaching resources that empower teams in data-driven brand planning.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and evaluate new data providers and technologies to inform marketing and activation strategies.
- Define and track success measures that demonstrate the tangible value of eCommerce insights in driving brand growth and equity over time.
- Foster a culture of insight-driven decision-making by mentoring teams and promoting cross-functional collaboration to align commercial ambitions with retailer partnerships and digital innovation.
