🌟 The Role: TikTok Shop Specialist:

We're looking for a TikTok Shop Specialist to help scale TikTok Shop operations across multiple fast-growing eCommerce brands.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role—you’ll be managing storefronts, coordinating with creators, supporting paid campaigns, and optimizing every step for performance.

You'll work directly with a pod of TikTok media buyers, affiliate managers, and fellow Shop Specialists—all aligned to drive results.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in TikTok Shop, Shopify, or influencer marketing—or a fast learner eager to break into the social commerce space and grow quickly.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Shop Management

  • Launch, manage, and optimize TikTok Shop storefronts

  • Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and descriptions

  • Stay up-to-date on TikTok's evolving policies and best practices

Creator & Affiliate Campaigns

  • Assist in sourcing and managing creators and affiliates

  • Coordinate gifting programs, commission structures, and campaign briefs

  • Track performance of creator campaigns and affiliate sales

Content & Paid Media Support

  • Collaborate on content creation: UGC, TikToks, reviews, and Lives

  • Assist media buyers in amplifying high-performing creator content

  • Monitor performance and adapt strategy in real-time

Reporting & Optimization

  • Analyze key metrics: conversions, AOV, ROAS, creator ROI

  • Share actionable insights with internal teams and clients

  • Brainstorm and implement strategies for continuous growth

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in eCommerce, social media, or influencer/creator campaigns

  • Deep understanding of TikTok content, trends, and platform tools

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or TikTok Shop backend

  • Bonus: Experience running TikTok or Meta paid ads

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a self-starter mentality

  • Strong communicator with a performance-first, test-and-learn mindset

  • Extra bonus: Comfort creating or editing TikToks, or direct experience working with creators/influencers
