We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Specialist to lead and execute full-funnel TikTok commerce strategies across product listings, creator campaigns, and paid content. This is a full-time W-2 role for someone based in the U.S., ready to hit the ground running and start immediately.
You’ll work closely with creators, strategists, and clients to scale performance on TikTok Shop — from campaign development and live events to data analysis and paid amplification. If you’re someone who lives for TikTok trends, understands ecommerce mechanics, and knows how to make content convert, this role is for you.
TikTok Shop Management
Launch and optimize TikTok Shop storefronts
Manage listings, pricing, descriptions, and visual content to drive conversions
Ensure alignment with TikTok’s evolving commerce standards
Creator & Affiliate Sourcing
Recruit and manage top-tier creators and affiliates
Build campaign strategies with clear KPIs and commission incentives
Negotiate rates, track performance, and ensure consistent execution
Campaign Execution
Plan and manage creator-led campaigns, from unboxings to TikTok Lives
Collaborate on content calendars, product launches, and seasonal activations
Ensure timely, on-brand, high-performing content rollouts
Paid Ads & Amplification
Use TikTok Ads Manager to boost creator content
Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS), adjust in real time
Collaborate with our media team on budget strategy and testing
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor sales, conversion rates, AOV, affiliate contribution, and customer behavior
Provide weekly reporting with insights and action steps
Run post-campaign analysis for continuous improvement
Client Collaboration & Communication
Participate in client-facing meetings and presentations as needed
Communicate creator performance, timelines, and reporting clearly
Maintain alignment with campaign objectives and client brand guidelines
Live Shopping Coordination
Plan and execute shoppable livestreams with TikTok creators
Optimize engagement during events using real-time interaction tools
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with creative, ecommerce, and strategy teams
Ensure TikTok Shop strategy is aligned with broader marketing initiatives
1–2 years of hands-on TikTok Shop or ecommerce marketing experience
Experience with Shopify or similar platforms — including reporting and product setup
Working knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager and boosting creator content
A knack for spotting trends and translating them into results-driven content
Experience collaborating with creators/influencers and managing affiliate programs
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
A performance-oriented mindset — you're curious, analytical, and action-driven
Bonus: You’ve created or edited TikToks yourself (you may be eligible for content commissions in this role)
