Position Overview

The eCommerce Coordinator (Hybrid) will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our digital storefronts across Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and TacMedsolutions.com on Shopify. This position combines on-site collaboration with remote flexibility to support daily operations, product management, and advertising initiatives that drive sales growth and enhance customer experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and possesses a solid understanding of how eCommerce work and how platforms integrate with back-end systems such as NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities

Storefront Management

  • Oversee and maintain product listings, imagery, copy, and categorization on Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with platform best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement promotional campaigns and new product launches.

Product, Pricing & Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate SKU data, pricing, and inventory levels across all eCommerce platforms.
  • Manage Inventory reconciliation and reimbursements
  • Partner with operations and supply chain teams to forecast demand and prevent stockouts.
  • Execute competitive pricing strategies and manage promotions, discounts, and bundles.

Advertising & Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and social integrations with Shopify).
  • Monitor ad performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Order Flow & Systems Integration

  • Understand and support the integration between online storefronts and NetSuite, ensuring seamless order processing, fulfillment, and inventory synchronization.
  • Identify and troubleshoot integration or data flow issues in collaboration with IT and external vendors.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key KPIs: traffic, conversion, sales trends, and ad ROI.
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization across marketplaces.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years in eCommerce coordination or marketplace management (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify).
    • Familiarity with ERP systems—NetSuite experience is a strong plus.
  • Required Skills:
    • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and Shopify Admin.
    • Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms and reporting tools.
    • Strong Excel/data management and analytical skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid Schedule: Combination of remote work and in-office collaboration (e.g.,  3 days per week minimum on-site).
  • Must be available for in-person meetings, product launches, and collaborative planning sessions as needed.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience managing API-driven systems or eCommerce integrations.
  • Knowledge of advertising platforms on .Com platforms
  • Knowledge content optimization for online marketplaces.
  • A self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for eCommerce, data analytics, and process improvement.

Physical Activities

  • Prolonged periods of sitting or working at a computer (up to 8 hours per day).
  • Frequent use of hands, fingers, and wrists for typing, data entry, and handling digital content.
  • Occasional standing, walking, and movement around the office during meetings, collaboration sessions, or product reviews.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move products or samples up to 20 pounds
