Job QualificationsThree years of combined experience in search engine optimization, business analysis and online merchandising, ecommerce user experience or relevant e-commerce experience. One year of web merchandising experience preferred. Endeca, Adobe Omniture or similar search engine preferred.

Bachelor's degree and one year of combined experience in search engine optimization, business analysis and online merchandising, ecommerce user experience or relevant e-commerce experience. Assists with improvements of the merchandising presentation layer. Curates product assortments. Assists with assigning product departments within the visual hierarchy. Maintains interactive environments for engaging users with products. Monitors use of rich content.
Assists with implementing site search rules. Analyzes search term reports to improve results, conversions and average order size.
Assists with promoting products and brands including, but not limited to home pages, online banners, promotional environments, and e-mails.
Assists with implementing banner rules. Assists with input on A/B test strategies. Utilizes product relational tools such as Certona.
Performs other duties as assigned.
