Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels, including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other third-party marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, analyzing sales data, coordinating promotional campaigns, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.), ensuring accuracy and SEO optimization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and return rates.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and implement strategies to improve market positioning.
- Coordinate with creative teams to plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and seasonal events.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries (including phone calls, emails, messages) to provide assistance with orders, shipping, product information, or issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to maintain stock accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
- Create and maintain product content, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ content, and storefronts.
- Identify recurring customer issues and work cross-functionally to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with platform policies, tools, and industry trends to maximize performance and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management required.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or Shopify.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, or similar.
- Background in consumer health products, diagnostics, or regulated products is a plus.
- Experience with product compliance or documentation management is a plus.
- Prior experience in phone-based customer service is a plus.
