Ecommerce Specialist

As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of our online store and digital marketplaces. This role is central to driving online revenue, enhancing the customer shopping experience, and ensuring the accuracy of all product listings, content, and promotions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of e-commerce platforms, a sharp eye for detail, and a focus on maximizing conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of all product data, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, inventory levels, imagery, and categorization across the ecommerce platforms.
• Plan and execute digital merchandising strategies, including setting up cross-sells, up-sells, featured collections, and optimizing product display pages (PDPs) to maximize sales.
• Coordinate the deployment of new website content, including banners, promotional landing pages, and blog integration.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends using Amazon Seller Central and third-party tools.
• Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure site functionality, link integrity, page load speed, and overall user experience are consistently high.
• Manage and monitor the full order lifecycle, working closely with the fulfillment/warehouse team to ensure efficient processing, shipping, and returns.
• Identify, test, and implement site improvements aimed at increasing conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and overall revenue.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices (keywords, metadata, alt text) for all product and content pages to improve organic search visibility.
• Configure and manage all site promotions, discounts, coupon codes, and gift card functionality.
• Track, analyze, and report on key ecommerce metrics, including traffic, sales, conversion, cart abandonment, and campaign performance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for platform issues, identifying bugs and working with IT/development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely shipping and tracking number submission.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews to maintain high seller ratings and brand health.
• Generate and distribute weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Critical Skills

·        3+ years of E-Commerce experience, specifically with Amazon operations.

·        High school diploma or GED required.

·        Experience with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce operations

·        Familiarity with Amazon SEO, PPC, and reporting

·        Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.

·        Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

·        Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

·        Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Operations)
