As a Strategic Client Advocate for our Growth Services, you’ll carry this mentality into every conversation: “I will fight for your future like it’s my own—listening like a partner, acting like an owner, and pushing for outcomes that matter not just today, but for the long run.”

What You’ll Do

  • Seek out sales opportunities and build meaningful relationships: Nurture our networks, attend value-driven events, perform reachouts, and ultimately seek new relationships that will lead to net new revenue opportunities. 
  • Be their compass. Help prospects/clients find clarity in our Growth Services offerings and work with our experts on recommending solutions. Own the process from first contact to project kickoff. These offerings include services around software/infrastructure modernization, greenfield AI implementations, overall software services, etc.
  • Read between the lines. Hear what’s unsaid, uncover gaps, and bring forward creative ideas by working with our operations and business units to craft offers that are impossible to refuse.
  • Deliver with consistency: Never miss a follow-up. Earn business through trust, action, and value-driven follow-through—not flashy promises.
  • Stand tall. When closing/renewal time comes, you won’t beg; you’ll be the obvious choice because you’ve overcome objections and and earned trust.
  • Build bridges even when it’s tough (and it will get tough). Rally PeakActivity’s teams around what truly matters to clients, while ensuring our people are respected, supported, and never sacrificed in the process.
  • Expand opportunities: Identify ways to deepen relationships through new solutions, service lines, and innovations that create lasting impact.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic growth roles within a digital marketing/eCommerce-driven agency/consultancy.
  • Experience in selling and expanding with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative skills: the ability to uncover needs, connect dots, and craft solutions that drive measurable business impact.
  • Excellent communication skills: capable of leading client conversations, presenting ideas, and inspiring confidence at all levels.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple stakeholders, and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, digital commerce platforms (Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.), and AI is a plus.
