Role Overview

We are a global fashion house and brand incubator behind some of the industry’s most iconic names. We design, develop, and distribute collections across multiple categories and retail channels, partnering with leading retailers worldwide. Our brands are known for innovation, craftsmanship, and a modern approach to occasion and lifestyle dressing. We’re seeking a Marketplace Manager to oversee and grow our brand presence across third-party marketplaces. This role is a critical driver of revenue and brand visibility, ensuring our products are optimized, promoted, and performing at their best across platforms such as Macy’s, Nordstrom, Amazon, and other key retail partners.

 

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, deeply knowledgeable in apparel, and fluent in Excel. They would have a proven track record of managing multiple marketplace accounts and understand the nuances of driving growth through merchandising, promotions, and partner collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple marketplace accounts (Amazon, Macy’s, Nordstrom, and others)
  • Develop and execute marketplace strategies to drive sales, visibility, and profitability
  • Own marketplace product setup: content accuracy, pricing, promotions, inventory alignment, and compliance
  • Build strong relationships with marketplace partners to secure promotional opportunities and maximize exposure
  • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and SKU-level profitability; create actionable recommendations
  • Manage promotional calendars in partnership with vendors to ensure participation in seasonal and key events
  • Monitor competitor activity and trends in apparel to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting on marketplace performance, highlighting wins, challenges, and opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, planning, and marketing to ensure marketplace strategies align with brand and company goals

 

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketplace management (Amazon, department store marketplaces, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of apparel merchandising, retail math, and marketplace dynamics
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, forecasting, OTB, variance analysis)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and actions
  • Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Highly collaborative and detail-oriented, with a passion for product and growth
