Job Description

Mindgruve is seeking a self-motivated, results-driven SEM/PPC Expert with specific knowledge in paid search. Our ideal candidate will proactively identify SEM/PPC opportunities while staying up to date on the latest trends and best practices within the SEM industry.

Qualifications

We need a person with:

  • 2+ years of paid search and online marketing experience in an agency setting
  • Experience managing large paid search digital marketing media budgets and hitting monthly goals for spend, revenue and key performance metrics
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A detail-oriented mindset, focused on driving results and analyzing data to gain insights and opportunities for growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Google & Bing Certification
  • Marin or similar bid platform experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred

Additional Information

What you’ll do here:

  • Develop and execute in-depth search marketing strategies that align with clients’ goals
  • Be responsible for clients’ overall search budget and ensuring that it is being effectively managed and utilized
  • Analyze performance data and provide detailed analysis, interpretation and action plans based on campaign results
  • Regularly review client goals, strategy and metrics to be reported on in monthly analytics reports
  • Keyword research, keyword lists, and keyword bucketing development
  • Paid search creative ad writing and development
  • Identify new growth opportunities
  • Support the account management team and sales team in developing budgets for new business proposals
  • Ensure staying up to date on PPC best practices, strategies and tactical executions
  • Bid management and campaign optimization
  • Write and present SEM assessments and reports for internal teams and clients
  • Continued measurement of ROI for PPC campaigns based on KPIs established
