Responsibilities: 

The Manager will support Mythical’s direct-to-consumer ecommerce business, focused on apparel, accessories, drinkware, hair & beard products, toys, games, and other collectibles sold through Shopify and Amazon storefronts. Secondary duties will include supporting the product development strategies for our membership program, Mythical Society, and live ticketed virtual events.



Core Duties

  • Support and collaborate with the Director’s strategy and execution for Mythical ecommerce stores on both Shopify and Amazon, including:
    • Product assortment and quantity planning
    • On-site merchandising
    • Product copy and marketing communications
    • 3PL management
    • Customer service
  • Manage site UX/UI updates and enhancements
  • Monitor inventory levels, report monthly on current stock, and refine demand/supply forecasting based on inventory levels
  • Measure, assess, and report on traffic, revenue, margin, inventory, conversions, AOV, LTV, CAC, etc. and present reporting to senior colleagues 
  • Support and collaborate with design teams on product ideation, marketing merchandise, and promotional creative
  • Maintain all on-camera merchandise promotional trackers and planning documents in coordination with marketing and production teams
  • Work with the Director of Ecommerce and Marketing colleagues to develop and execute ecommerce marketing campaigns across Mythical Store socials, email, SMS/MMS, and other platforms, including writing and reviewing copy
  • Review all promotional and marketing materials before launch and provide insightful feedback on any changes, if needed
  • Work with the Director of ecommerce and Marketing colleagues to oversee paid advertising creative and manage 3P performance marketing agency relationship 

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience at ecommerce / DTC brands
  • Extensive Shopify Plus and inventory management experience
  • Experience managing direct team members as well as third parties, such as customer service and fulfillment partners
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills 
  • Experience with product development of apparel/accessories
  • Experience collaborating with design and marketing departments
  • Working familiarity with business intelligence tools and spreadsheets 
  • Track record of growth and familiarity with entire divisional P&L
  • Ability to analyze funnels, conversion levers, and A/B testing hypotheses
  • Experience with Attentive is a plus
  • Retail buying and merchandising experience is a plus
  • Physical retail and wholesale merchandising experience is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for internet content creators is a plus
